The casting works are currently carried out in a 1000 kg and a 500 kg capacity furnaces operated with gas burners, and in one furnace operated with coke, capable of melting 50 kg of copper and bronze.

About us and our plans for the future
Noritom Ltd. was established in 1993 and has its factory and site in Isaszeg. After a diverse range of activities, it gained its final profile in 2016. We undertake contract manufacturing, including the casting and processing of aluminum, as well as copper and bronze products. Our products are used in numerous industries, such as the automotive industry or medical and measuring instrument manufacturing.
The plant currently operates on a floor area of 600 square meters, of which 250 square meters are used for material processing, that is, sawing and sanding, while on 350 square meters we carry out casting activities. In addition to our own products, we also undertake contract manufacturing, so our plant, which currently operates with about 20 employees, has an annual production capacity of approximately 200 tons.
Considering that we always provide our clients with precise, timely, and high-quality work, we have seen it fit to start engaging with international clients, in addition to our Hungarian ones. As a result of our continuous development, we obtained an ISO 9001 certification in May 2023. Consequently, we hope to produce an ever-increasing volume of orders in impeccable quality.

Partners
Our partner, who also has a site in Isaszeg, Béta-Form Bt., has been involved in die-casting tool design and tool manufacturing since 1997, as well as in traditional and CNC machining. The company primarily engages in the design and manufacturing of gravity die-casting tools, and the machining of small series aluminum parts. The manufacturing and design are supported by Solidworks 3D technology.
